Our Five Dock office has been on its present site for over 8 years. Before this the office was situated at 120a Great North Road, Five Dock.
Five Dock Realty is widely known within the real estate industry and in the inner Sydney suburbs for its strata management practice which is the substantial base of the firms business.
The firm抯 experience and long serving staff ensure that the knowledge and practise management learned over the many years is brought to bear in the administration and management of each building.

OUR HISTORY
Our estate agency business was established in 1970 as L.P. Jordano & Co in an office at 120a Great North Road, Five Dock, and now at 92a Great North Road, Five Dock an address from which we still trade.
In 1994 John La Mela, took over the firm and developed a substantial property and strata management practice.
Since 1994 Five Dock Realty have been involved in the administration of the affairs of apartment complexes.

John La Mela | John La Mela has been the Principal of Five Dock Realty since 1994. John is a licensed Real Estate Agent, Strata Managing Agent, Auctioneer & Valuer.
He has extensive experience in all facets of Property & Strata Management.
Including appearing before:
Strata Titles Board,
Fair Rents Board,
Residential Tenancies Tribunal,
Consumer Claims Tribunal.
John has received numerous Corporate awards from Nationwide Group for achievement in management.

Alison Gregg | Just finished school Alison is under taking studies in real estate and has taken on a apprenticeship with Five Dock Realty. She is eager, enthusiastic and strives for excellence in any endeavour she is put to. With good knowledge of our properties she抯 a great asset to the company. |
